• Payment information processed securely through our third-party payment processors (Stripe, Square, Afterpay, Klarna). LWP does not store full credit or debit card numbers.
• Program enrollment details, course progress, assignment submissions, and grades within our student portal or LMS.
• Communications you send to us via email, phone, or contact forms.

b) Information Collected Automatically

• IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system when you visit our website.
• Pages visited, time spent on pages, links clicked, and referring URLs via cookies and similar tracking technologies.
• Login activity and usage data within our student portal or LMS.

c) Information from Third Parties

• Information from payment processors (Stripe, Square, Afterpay, Klarna) related to transactions and payment status.
• Data from marketing and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel) regarding website traffic and user behavior.
• Information from WIOA funding agencies or scholarship providers where applicable.
• Data and interactions from social media platforms including TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram, where LWP maintains a presence for marketing and outreach purposes.
• Student enrollment details, course progress, assignment submissions, grades, and login activity within our Learning Management System (LMS), Canvas Instructure.

d) Images & Visual Content

• LWP may collect photographs and video recordings taken during externship rotations at participating pharmacy sites. Images may be captured by the student, an LWP instructor, an
• LWP staff member, or a representative of the participating pharmacy.
• LWP records all live Zoom sessions including instructor-led classes, informational sessions, and any other program-related meetings. These recordings may be used for training, academic review, documentation, and promotional purposes. Participants in live Zoom sessions should be aware that they may be recorded.
  LWP holds virtual graduation ceremonies via Zoom to celebrate program completers. These ceremonies are recorded and photographs may be taken for documentation and promotional purposes. Graduates, family members, guests, speakers, and partner representatives who attend the virtual ceremony may appear in recordings or screenshots captured during the event. Attendance at a virtual graduation ceremony constitutes consent to being recorded.
• By enrolling in an LWP program and participating in live Zoom sessions, virtual graduation ceremonies, or externship rotations, you acknowledge and consent to being recorded and to the collection and use of your image and likeness for educational, documentation, and promotional purposes. Live Zoom sessions and virtual graduation ceremonies are recorded as a standard practice. If you do not wish to be photographed during an externship, you must notify LWP in writing prior to the externship rotation.
