LW Pharmacy Technician School — All Online Programs
Effective Date: 2026

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before enrolling in any program offered by LW Pharmacy Technician School (LWP, we, us, or our). These Terms apply to all LWP programs including the 4-Week Self-Paced Program, the 4-Week Instructor-Led Program, the 15-Week Pharmacy Technician Program, and the 15-Week Community Health Worker Program. By submitting payment and/or enrolling in any LWP program, you (Student) agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

1. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

  • All prospective students must be at least 16 years of age at the time of enrollment.
  • Students must hold a High School diploma or GED, or be actively working toward completion.
  • Students currently pursuing a high school education must provide proof of enrollment or education status before the start of the program.
  • Failure to meet eligibility requirements may result in denial of enrollment or termination from the program without refund of non-refundable fees.
  • Students will be required to provide two forms of valid identification prior to program enrollment: (1) a Driver’s License, State-issued ID, or School ID; and (2) a Social Security Card. Copies of both documents must be submitted to LWP administration before access to program materials is granted.

2. ENROLLMENT & REGISTRATION

  • Enrollment is not confirmed until full tuition payment has been received and processed by LWP.
  • Tuition is due in full at the time of registration. Enrollment will not be held for future cohorts without payment.
  • LWP reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a cohort due to insufficient enrollment or other circumstances. In such cases, students will be offered a full refund or transfer to the next available cohort.

3. PROGRAM FEES & TUITION SCHEDULE

LW Pharmacy Technician School believes in transparent, all-inclusive pricing. All admin fees, registration fees, and program material fees are included in the flat tuition rate for each program. There are no hidden fees or additional charges due at enrollment.

Important Fee Notes:

  • All tuition rates are all-inclusive. Admin fees, registration fees, and program material fees are bundled into the flat tuition rate. No additional fees are due at enrollment.
  • The non-refundable portion of tuition covers admin processing, registration, and access to program materials and applies immediately upon enrollment.
  • If a student withdraws within the 3-business-day cancellation window and has not accessed any program materials, modules, or online content, only the refundable portion of tuition will be returned. The non-refundable portion is retained by LWP regardless of the reason for withdrawal. Students who have accessed program materials are not eligible for a refund.
  • LWP does not charge third-party processing fees directly. However, students who elect to use a third-party payment plan (e.g., Afterpay, Klarna) may be subject to fees, interest, or charges governed solely by the terms of that third-party provider. LWP is not responsible for any fees imposed by third-party financing providers.

4. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

Accepted Payment Methods:

  • All major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).
  • Payment plans are exclusively offered through approved third-party financing providers (e.g., Afterpay, Klarna). Payment plans are subject to third-party approval and terms. LWP does not offer in-house payment plans.
  • WIOA scholarship funding where applicable — subject to eligibility and approval by the funding agency.
  • Cashier’s Checks or Money Orders payable to: LW Pharmacy School.

Important Payment Notes:

  • Payments made by personal check are not accepted.
  • All online payments are processed through secure payment platforms. LWP does not store credit or debit card information.
  • Students who enroll using a payment plan are responsible for all scheduled installments regardless of program participation or completion.
  • Any returned, declined, or disputed payments may result in immediate suspension from the program until the balance is resolved.

5. CHARGEBACK & PAYMENT DISPUTE POLICY

LW Pharmacy Technician School takes payment disputes and chargebacks seriously. By enrolling in our program, you agree to the following:

  • Before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card issuer, you agree to first contact LWP directly at Info@LWPschool.com or 903-295-5933 to attempt resolution.
    Initiating a chargeback or bank dispute without first contacting LWP constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
  • LWP reserves the right to contest any chargeback with documentation including enrollment agreements, payment records, and correspondence.
  • Students found to have initiated fraudulent or unauthorized chargebacks will be permanently barred from enrollment in any LWP program and may be subject to legal action for recovery of funds and associated fees.
  • Any chargeback fees or penalties imposed on LWP by its payment processor as a result of a disputed transaction will be the sole financial responsibility of the student.

6. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Students have 3 business days from the date of enrollment to withdraw from the program and request a refund, provided they have not accessed any program materials, modules, or online content. Access to program materials constitutes acceptance of the program and forfeiture of refund eligibility.
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to Info@LWPschool.com or by mail to the address listed above. The written request must include the student’s full name, date of enrollment, and reason for cancellation.
  • Verbal or telephone cancellations are NOT accepted and will not be honored.
  • Cancellation requests submitted after the 3-business-day window will not be eligible for a tuition refund.
  • Admin fees, registration fees, and processing fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

7. REFUND POLICY

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days from the date the written cancellation is received and approved. To be eligible, the student must not have accessed any program materials, modules, or online content.
  • All approved refunds will be issued in the form of a Cashier’s Check mailed to the address on file. Refunds will not be returned to the original credit or debit card.
  • Admin fees, registration fees, and any third-party processing fees are non-refundable.
  • No refunds will be issued after the 3-business-day cancellation window has passed.
  • Students who are removed from the program due to non-payment, misconduct, or violation of these Terms are not eligible for a refund.

8. FRAUD PREVENTION & PROGRAM INTEGRITY

  • LWP reserves the right to verify the identity of all enrolling students. Providing false or misleading information during enrollment is grounds for immediate termination without refund.
  • Sharing of login credentials, program materials, or access to program content with non-enrolled individuals is strictly prohibited and may result in termination and legal action.
  • Any attempt to obtain program services through fraudulent payment methods will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

9. PROGRAM DELIVERY & PARTICIPATION

LWP offers the following programs, each with its own delivery format. Students are enrolled in a specific program at the time of registration:

4-Week Self-Paced Program
  • Orientation session via Zoom upon program start.
  • Access to the assigned instructor via email and phone for the duration of the program.
  • One end-of-program call via Zoom or phone upon program completion.
  • Students progress through program materials at their own pace within the 4-week timeframe.

 

4-Week Instructor-Led Program
  • All features of the 4-Week Self-Paced Program, plus:
  • One weekly live session with the assigned instructor via Zoom.
  • Structured instructor guidance throughout the 4-week program.

 

15-Week Pharmacy Technician Program
  • All features of the 4-Week Instructor-Led Program, plus:
  • 15 weeks of comprehensive PTCB-aligned pharmacy technician curriculum delivered virtually via Zoom.
  • Weekly live instructor-led sessions and MyDispense pharmacy simulation labs.
  • Optional 40-hour hands-on externship available through LWP partner pharmacies and local pharmacy sites. Students who elect to complete the externship will gain real-world pharmacy experience prior to entering the workforce.
  • Includes TSBP licensing, PTCB exam prep, exam voucher, and background and drug screening.

 

15-Week Community Health Worker (CHW) Program
  • All features of the 4-Week Instructor-Led Program, plus:
  • 15 weeks of comprehensive Community Health Worker curriculum delivered virtually via Zoom.
  • Weekly live instructor-led sessions aligned with Texas DSHS CHW certification requirements.
  • 20-hour clinical rotation offered through LWP community partners, providing students with hands-on field experience in underserved community health settings.

 

General Participation Requirements (All Programs):
  • Students are responsible for maintaining access to a reliable internet connection and an appropriate device throughout the program.
  • Attendance and active participation are required for all live sessions. Excessive absences may affect program completion status and certification eligibility.
  • LWP reserves the right to modify the program schedule, curriculum, or delivery format with reasonable advance notice to enrolled students.

10. ACADEMIC STANDARDS & PROBATION POLICY

  • Students are required to maintain an overall program average of 80% or higher at all times throughout the duration of the program.
  • If a student’s average falls below 80%, the student will be placed on academic probation for the remainder of the program. During this period, the student will have an opportunity to bring their average up to a passing score of 80% or higher.
  • If a student’s average drops below 80% while on academic probation, the student may be removed from the program at the discretion of LWP administration. Students removed for academic reasons are not eligible for a tuition refund beyond the standard cancellation window.
  • Students will be notified in writing if they are placed on academic probation. Notification will be sent via email to the address on file.
  • All assignments are due by Saturday at 11:59 PM Central Standard Time (CST). Late submissions may not be accepted and could negatively impact the student’s overall program average.

11. ARBITRATION AGREEMENT

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, the program, or any payment made to LWP shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), rather than in court. By enrolling in this program and signing below, you waive your right to a jury trial and agree that arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class action.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Fort Bend County, Texas.

13. AMENDMENTS & UPDATES

LWP reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and communicated to enrolled students. Continued participation in the program following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
